Core Mechanics

Power Management

Your most critical resource. Power drains constantly and depletes faster when using doors, lights, or cameras.

  • Starting Power: 100%
  • Base Drain: Continuous slow drain
  • Door Usage: Significant power drain when closed
  • Light Usage: Moderate power drain
  • Camera Usage: Minimal power drain

Warning: When power runs out, you're defenseless. The office goes dark, and animatronics can freely enter.

Camera System

Monitor the building and track animatronic movements through the security cameras.

  • Multiple camera feeds covering different areas
  • Some cameras have audio only (Kitchen)
  • Watch for visual cues of animatronic presence
  • Listen for audio cues and footsteps
  • Use cameras strategically to conserve power

Doors and Lights

Your primary defense against animatronics at close range.

  • Left Door: Block animatronics approaching from the west hall
  • Right Door: Block animatronics approaching from the east hall
  • Door Lights: Check the blind spots outside each door
  • Usage Tip: Only close doors when absolutely necessary

Advanced Mechanics

Animatronic AI

Each animatronic has unique movement patterns and behavior. Learn their patterns to predict their movements.

Audio Cues

Sound plays a crucial role. Listen for footsteps, breathing, static, and other audio warnings.

Jump Scares

Failure results in a jump scare. These are the penalty for letting animatronics reach you.

Difficulty Scaling

Each night increases in difficulty. Later nights have more aggressive animatronics.

Survival Strategy

Hour Strategy
12 AM Establish a rhythm. Check cameras periodically to learn patterns.
1 AM Start tracking animatronics. Note which ones are active.
2 AM Increase vigilance. Check doors more frequently.
3 AM Peak danger period. Conserve power while staying alert.
4 AM Maximum aggression. Use all your skills and knowledge.
5 AM Final stretch. Hang in there, you're almost there!
